{ Kept } Sneak peek at Enchantment!

The upcoming round of Enchantment is themed on “Neverland” thanks to the latest in a plethora of Peter Pan movies, “Pan”, that is out in theaters now.  And this is definitely one that blends well into the roleplay and art culture of Second Life, with fairies and pirates and mermaids and flying boys… How can you not be inspired??

Tinkerbell, Peter Pan’s pixie dust sprinkling sidekick, has always been particularly near and dear to my heart as she was my first favorite “character” as a child.  I used to spend hours drawing pictures of Tink and imagined being her and wrote stories about her.  It wasn’t until later in my life that I actually discovered a bit more about her from a Disney fanatic friend, that Tink was in fact…. a VILLAIN.  Yes, that’s right.  Cute, adorable, sweet Tink .. is actually considered one of the bad guys. Why? Because she’s apparently quite a sassy little thing and though small, she can put up quite a fight, and also happens to be quite jealous to the point of actually trying to have Wendy killed.  My love of Tink only grew after that.  So to do her honor I made this my first pic in a series of Neverland-ish photos to come…
